Registration for New and Transfer Students

  • Welcome to Warren!

In an effort to expedite your student’s enrollment at Warren we have split our registration process into three parts:

    1. Proof of Residency Documentation-new families must prove they reside within the District 121 boundaries before they can register per Illinois School Code, State Law (105 ILCS 5/10-20.12b(e)) and Board Policy (7:50).  *Students will not be permitted to register for school or select courses until the residency status has been determined.  (BOE policy 7:50)
      • Collect required proof of residency*, birth certificate and school documents such as transcripts and letters of good standing.
      • Deliver (by fax, email or hand delivery) the documents needed to register your student to the Registrar at the campus your student will be attending.

      • Students wishing to register for the 2019-2020 school year, can call your campus' registrar with questions.
    3. Counselor appointment
      • Once residency has been determined, all of your paperwork has been received from your previous school and you have completed the online registration process, one of our Registrar’s, Christy Thedorf (9-10) or Christine Flowers (11-12), will call you to set up an appointment to finalize your registration.
      • Counselor appointments will not be scheduled until ALL required documents are in the possession of the Registrar at your student’s campus.

If you have any questions about required documents or the registration process, please call your campus’ registrar.  We look forward to working with you and your student!
